Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Shoes

Place the clean, unworn golf shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the shoes at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
